Released on - Friday,16 July , 2010 -20:39
Apple chief executive Steve Jobs said Friday the new iPhone 4 has received the highest customer satisfaction ever but acknowledged reception complaints, saying "we're not perfect," Dow Jones Newswires reported.
Jobs, speaking at a press conference for invited journalists at Apple headquarters, said other smartphones also experienced reception problems.
He said Apple had sold more than three million iPhone 4s since the device was launched three weeks ago and that only 0.55 percent of buyers had called Apple support about the reception issues.
